JIM
PEYTON

PRESIDENT
|
CLR President, Jim Peyton, has 32 years of
experience in design and management of civil engineering and
land surveying projects. His experience includes publicly
and privately funded projects requiring site engineering,
infrastructure improvements, public agency coordination,
subdivision platting, managing professional and production
staff, and developing client relationships. He has served as
Principalin-Charge for site development at Cy-Fair College,
Houston Baptist University, University of Houston, and many
school districts. He served as a member of the Board of
Directors for the Houston Council of Engineering Companies.
In that capacity he served as the Board Liaison for the
Design Standards/Plan Review Committee which is routinely
asked to provide input to local public agencies on issues
related to infrastructure and development regulations,
ordinances and the related approval processes. He regularly
serves as CLR's representative on variety of business and
community committees including the North Houston
Association, the West Houston Association, the Cy-Fair
Chamber of Commerce, the Katy Area Economic Development
Council, and the Economic Development Alliance for Brazoria
County.

KYLE
BERTRAND
PE, RPLS
SENIOR
VICE PRESIDENT

Kyle Bertrand has 25 years of experience in
civil engineering design, construction document preparation,
and project management for transportation, roadway,
infrastructure, and land and site development projects
throughout Texas and Southern Louisiana. He has served as
project manager and senior project engineer on complex
projects and sites within these disciplines that have
required emphasis on cost, aesthetics, environmental issues
and concerns, as well as construction phasing and
constructability, and multi-agency coordination. Mr.
Bertrand's experience within hydraulic design includes
multiple TxDOT projects as well as private construction
projects.

JOHN
P. PEYTON

VICE
PRESIDENT
|
John Peyton�s 25 years of experience
includes project management, design, and construction
administration of projects for federal agencies, counties,
municipalities, utility districts, commercial and
residential land development, and commercial site
development. Completed work on roadways, water supply,
storage, transmission, and distribution systems, soft ground
tunnels, sewage collection systems and pump stations, and
drainage and detention improvements. He has a comprehensive
knowledge in boundary retracement, design and route surveys.
His expertise enhances his preparation of subdivision plats
and acquisition of road and utility rights-of-way.
