Master planned Community College on 207…the first College of the 21st Century. The facilities were designed with a simple and elegant combination of concrete block, brick, glass and metal panels. The buildings incorporate a variety of environments that support multiple teaching methods and learning styles. Flexibility in design is accomplished through moveable walls, rolling partitions and spare collaborative rooms off of adjacent classrooms that encourage staff and students to rearrange and customize each space to suit their needs. State-of-the-art computer projection technology is provided in every classroom and a rear projection screen room for presentations or ITV.

The initial buildings total 444,346 square feet and include Administrative and Student Services, Academic Instruction and Offices, Student Activities Center, Internet Café, Nursing, Radiology & Ultrasound Medical Programs, Technology/Computer Centers, Manufacturing, Fine Arts, Wellness Center, Bookstore and a shared College/Harris County Community Library.
