Description
CLR was retained by Harris County to design this new section of Skinner Road extending from Jarvis Road to Spring-Cypress Road. Included in the design was 2,800 linear feet of four-lane, median, curb and gutter roadway, drainage, storm sewer & signal modifications. A key factor in the success of this project was communication coordination among multiple entities including Harris County, CFISD, commercial businesses, local homeowners & adjacent private developers.
