Provided civil engineering for 57+ acre shopping center development, which included coordination between multiple consultants and agencies.

The site consists of a major retail development of over 57 acres. CLR designed public water lines and sanitary sewer to serve the site as well as private water, sewer, drainage and paving facilities to serve the site. CLR provided civil engineering for all phases of the project.
