CLR was retained by Harris County to design this new section of West Road extending from North Eldridge Parkway to US 290. Included in the design was 2,330 linear feet of four-lane, median, curb and gutter roadway, drainage, storm sewer, signal modifications and rail crossing upgrade. A key factor in the success of this project was communication coordination among multiple entities including TxDOT, Harris County, local homeowners association, adjacent private developers and the local railroad company.
